Four metals produce a colored mirrored surface on glass - Silver, Gold, Copper and Galena or lead sulfide. The pure crystals of all other metals are silver. Galena, or lead sulfide mirrors, are almost black.

Our formulas are designed for studio artists who do not have the budget or space for air compressors, spray guns and spraying booths. These formulations are prefect for using the Mirror Bath technique to mirror 3-D glass objects and the inside of Blown Glass containers.

The items on this page are sold as sets. Each set contains an equal quantity of the three chemical solutions (four for copper) you need to mirror glass. Sensitizing solutions are sold separately. Please see our Written Instructions for details.
